VPBANK SME HO CHI MINH | UNSTOPPABLE SPIRIT – OVERCOMING EVERY CHALLENGE

Choosing Buon Ma Thuot as the destination for its 2024 Company Trip, VPBank SME Ho Chi Minh embarked on a journey that combined team-building activities, nature exploration, and coffee cultural experiences within the distinctive Trung Nguyên Legend ecosystem.

Designed and organized by Trung Nguyên Healing, the 3-day, 3-night program for 80 participants was built around the theme “Unstoppable Spirit – Overcoming Every Challenge”, offering unique experiences found only in Vietnam’s coffee capital.

Throughout the journey, participants explored the natural beauty of Dray Nur Ecotourism Area, taking part in exciting Rafting, Biking, and Hiking challenges that fostered teamwork, collaboration, and the determination to overcome personal limits. The group also visited the World Coffee Museum, one of Vietnam’s iconic coffee landmarks, to discover the cultural values and knowledge behind the country’s coffee heritage.

A highlight of the program was the campfire night and Central Highlands Gong Culture performance held within the Trung Nguyên resort ecosystem. This special evening immersed participants in the rich local culture, strengthened team connections, and created unforgettable memories.

By combining team-building activities, nature-based experiences, local cultural immersion, and coffee knowledge, the program offered more than just a corporate getaway—it became an inspiring journey of discovery for the VPBank SME Ho Chi Minh team.

As the organizer and program designer, Trung Nguyên Healing successfully leveraged the unique experiential offerings within the Trung Nguyên ecosystem in Buon Ma Thuot to create a distinctive Company Trip model that seamlessly integrates team bonding, cultural experiences, and corporate spirit development.
