“One Team – One Spirit” was not only the theme of the program but also the guiding message throughout the 3-day, 2-night Company Trip for Metal One Vietnam in Phu Quoc. Designed by Trung Nguyên Healing, the journey created opportunities for employees to connect, share experiences, and strengthen collaboration within a multicultural corporate environment.
The program brought together 60 participants for a carefully curated itinerary aimed at fostering teamwork, enhancing cross-department collaboration, and reinforcing the company’s corporate culture in a multinational workplace. Alongside a premium stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort, participants joined a series of customized teambuilding activities inspired by the program theme, encouraging cooperation, communication, and the pursuit of shared goals.
A highlight of the journey was the “One Team – One Spirit” Gala Dinner, where participants reflected on their achievements, celebrated together, and strengthened team bonds in an atmosphere that was both elegant and vibrant. Trung Nguyên Healing managed every aspect of the program, from concept development and event design to service coordination and on-site operations.
The success of the event further demonstrated Trung Nguyên Healing’s expertise in organizing Company Trips, Teambuilding programs, and corporate events for both domestic and international businesses.
