This 3-day, 2-night journey for the Executive Leadership Team of Kim Tín Group combined cultural and Buddhist heritage experiences in Northern Vietnam with internal team connection activities. Bringing together 60 senior leaders, the program followed the route of Hai Phong – Quang Ninh – Hai Duong – Nam Dinh – Ha Nam – Bac Ninh – Bac Giang – Hanoi, with Trung Nguyên Healing responsible for the complete design and organization of the program.
Specially designed for corporate executives, the itinerary combined cultural exploration, Buddhist heritage experiences, and leadership engagement activities. Participants visited renowned destinations such as Yen Tu, the Con Son – Kiep Bac Historical and Cultural Relic Complex, along with prominent Buddhist centers and cultural heritage sites across Northern Vietnam, offering meaningful insights into the region’s rich history, culture, and spiritual values.
A highlight of the program was an exclusive Leadership Kick-off Night, designed and organized by Trung Nguyên Healing to strengthen team cohesion, encourage meaningful exchanges, and share strategic directions for the new year.
